Returns & Refunds

  • If your AromaGo™ diffuser arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened essential oil bottles (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
